Pioneer Executive accepts American Express, Diner's Club, Discover Card,
Mastercard, Visa and Cash.
WAITING TIME :
Pioneer Executive grants a thirty (30)minute grace period after the reported
domestic flight arrival time and a forty (40) minute grace period after the
reported international flight arrival time. For all other pick ups, a ten
(10) minute grace period is granted. Once the grace period has elapsed, waiting
time is charged at the rate of $10.00 per 15 minute increment. Pioneer Executive
monitors all commercial flights.
STOPS:
stops en route are charged at $5.00 per ten (10) minute increments. All
other stops will be charged based on distance traveled.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Pioneer Executive requires 24 hour notice for cancellation of scheduled
early morning and late night pickups and two hours for all other pick-ups.
Any cancellation made less than two hours before the scheduled pick up time
will be charged the full rate of the trip.
NO SHOW POLICY:
A no show fee equal to the full rate of the trip, including applicable
waiting time, will be charged if a client fails to show at the designated
pick up location. If you cannot locate your sedan, please call 503-731-8783
to avoid a no show charge.
LATE NIGHT/ EARLY MORNING CHARGE:
A $15.00 surcharge will be applied to the regular rates for all pick-ups
after Midnight and before 4:30AM to compensate drivers. Mandatory 15% gratuity.
HOLIDAY TRAVEL POLICY:
A $15.00 surcharge will be added to the regular rates on Thanksgiving Day,
Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day (July 4) and
Labor Day to compensate drivers. Mandatory 15% gratuity.
CHILD SEATS:
Child car seats are available for a $10.00 charge.
Dedicated Service is charged at $50.00 per hour with a two hour minimum
for sedans within the Portland Metro area, plus 15% driver gratuity. A $15.00
surcharge will be added to the hourly rate for all suburban areas.
HOURS OF OPERATION:
Pioneer Executive provides service from 4:30 AM to 12:00 PM seven days
a week.
